The space merges technology with design, creating a futuristic and highly functional environment. Inspired by the binary code, the golden ratio, and the Digital Era, it evokes mindfulness while ensuring efficiency. Corian surfaces provide seamless aesthetics and hygiene, while touch-free technology enhances safety. The challenge was balancing innovation with strict medical standards, optimizing materials and layout for durability, maintenance, and comfort. The result is a next generation clinic redefining the dental experience.

I’m always researching new materials and technologies, and Corian immediately stood out for this project.Its seamless, sculptural quality perfectly supports the clinic’s clean, futuristic aesthetic — but beyond that, it offers a refined tactile experience that patients subconsciously associate with care and precision.So, while its antimicrobial properties ensure hygiene, its soft texture, continuity, and subtle reflectivity create comfort, calm, and a sense of sophistication — turning functionality into emotion.
After Covid, the importance of touch-free technology in healthcare design became undeniable.For ERA Digital Dental Clinic, I focused on creating a completely contactless environment, where hygiene and innovation work together seamlessly.The system was developed through research on sensor-based technologies that minimize physical interaction, ensuring safety while maintaining an elegant, effortless experience for patients.It’s a space where technology discreetly enhances comfort and trust.
Balancing strict medical standards with innovative design was indeed a challenge.I approached it by letting function and safety guide the framework. The best design always starts with a clear theme and a precise brief.
Within the 120 m², I focused on strategic zoning and flow, making sure each specialty area — orthodontics, surgery, and consultations — has its own clearly defined function.I used spatial layering and subtle visual cues to create coherence, so patients and staff intuitively understand the layout, while the design remains open, efficient, and welcoming.
We focused on best practices that are proven to work in medical settings, and Astra Mobili perfectly met these standards.The choice was natural, as it combines functionality, durability, and Italian elegance, allowing the clinic to be both practical for staff and visually refined for patients.
SPC flooring was chosen for its durability, water resistance, and low maintenance, essential for a medical environment.Its seamless, uniform surface also enhances cleanliness and workflow efficiency, while subtly complementing the clinic’s modern, refined aesthetic.This forward-thinking choice ensures the space is practical, safe, and visually coherent.
Lighting design in every project is crucial — it can either ruin or elevate a space. It acts as a language between the environment and its users, guiding perception and experience.For ERA Digital Dental Clinic, it was professionally studied to provide tailored solutions for each activity, ensuring that the clinic feels calming, functional, and visually expressive.
I always follow the principle of “Less is More,” which ensures a clean, simple, and minimalistic design.This approach allows the space to feel welcoming and uncluttered, while letting the materials, proportions, and digital accents subtly communicate innovation and sophistication.
