This product design is an improvement on the traditional round steering wheel which can improve the driver's forward vision. The wheel rim shape of Oval Rectangle highlights a sense of technology and futurism, and combines the advantages of circular steering wheel and half-spoke steering wheel. The design of different materials and colors on the double rings of inner and outer reflects a visual effect of layering. The application of special material-color gradient fabrics provides more personalized choices. The Designer hopes to create a product that balances aesthetics and practicality.

Your innovative approach to the Cyber Yoke Steering Wheel's oval rectangle design represents a significant departure from traditional circular steering wheels - could you elaborate on how this shape specifically enhances driver forward vision while maintaining optimal control?

This product design is an improvement on the traditional round steering wheel which can improve the driver's forward vision. The wheel rim shape of Oval Rectangle highlights a sense of technology and futurism, and combines the advantages of circular steering wheel and half-spoke steering wheel.

The integration of color gradient fabrics inspired by Van Gogh's paintings in the Cyber Yoke Steering Wheel is particularly intriguing - how did you translate artistic inspiration into functional automotive design while ensuring durability and user comfort?

Fabric is also a widely used interior material in high-end vehicles. The fabric we employ features a unique gradient color design, offering you an ultra-luxurious experience to premium automotive models. It is equipped with automotive-grade interior material treatments (water splash-proof, oil-resistant, and stain-resistant), along with high-temperature resistance, wear resistance, breathability, sweat permeability, and environmental safety. Additionally, it enhances elasticity and surface texture. Our fabric is spun from color-processed yarn, eliminating concerns about color fading.

The five-layer manufacturing process of the Cyber Yoke Steering Wheel, including the built-in heating patch, seems quite complex - what challenges did you encounter during the three iterations of the foaming mold development, and how did these modifications lead to the final design?

The development of the manufacturing process is more difficult than the design. The entire product development took one year. The foaming mold of the steering wheel body was modified three times, and the color gradient fabric was modified three times. In addition, the surface material was hand-wrapped, and it was difficult to maintain the surface flatness. Quality control was the key.

Your experience in automotive factory planning clearly influenced the Cyber Yoke Steering Wheel's development - how did this background shape your approach to balancing manufacturing feasibility with innovative design elements?

Using NX to create design models and then using resin 3D printing to verify feasibility, the use of resin materials results in significant dimensional errors, leading to longer mold modification times during the product trial production phase.

The Cyber Yoke Steering Wheel's double-ring design with contrasting materials creates a distinctive layered effect - could you discuss how this aesthetic choice also serves functional purposes in terms of grip and control?

The surface covering styles are divided into single and double rings, single and double colors, microfiber leather and color gradient fabric. [Top Luxury Series] - the types with color gradient fabric on outer ring, which brings you the Top aesthetics and the Luxury touch.

The development timeline of the Cyber Yoke Steering Wheel, from concept to mass production, spanned exactly one year - what were the key milestones and pivotal decisions that enabled such efficient progression from initial design to market-ready product?

Well, I have to say it's not efficient, due to the lack of the experience of production, we made many mistake from initial design to market-ready product, also we learn a lot before the final production.

The Cyber Yoke Steering Wheel represents Agiling's first product launch - how does this steering wheel embody your company's vision of creating more agile and user-friendly human-machine interaction tools?

[Compare with Round SW]: Make the front view wider; Keep your hands at 3/9 o'clock; Enable tactile perception of rotation position. [Compare with Yoke SW]: Refuse "grab the air"; Reduce "block screen"; Refuse "block the leg"

The surface material hand-wrapping process for the Cyber Yoke Steering Wheel presented unique quality control challenges - what specific techniques or innovations did you develop to maintain consistent surface flatness across production units?

For the development of color gradient fabrics, due to the high requirement for fabric extensibility for surface covering, the initial color displayed by the fabric is darker. Adjusting the fabric texture scheme can effectively reduce the color depth.

Looking at the future of automotive interfaces, how do you envision the Cyber Yoke Steering Wheel's design influencing the evolution of steering control systems in electric and autonomous vehicles?

Since we launched our product on market and won A' Design Award, many automotive company also released similar design of steering wheels on their concept cars, we're very proud of it.

The Cyber Yoke Steering Wheel's success in winning a Bronze A' Design Award highlights its innovative approach - how has this recognition influenced your perspective on future automotive accessory designs and potential market opportunities?

If only talk about design aspect, we are confident to explore more designs for car parts, but about marketing, investment and promotion seems more important than design work, we are very sorry to see this happen.
