View Design DetailsIn the design of the Vanke Sales and Exhibition Center in Shijiazhuang, we innovative incorporated the concept of a cafe, a decision that was not made arbitrarily but rather based on a deep understanding of modern urban lifestyles. In modern society, as people's lives become increasingly fast-paced, the demand for leisure and relaxation has also grown stronger. Cafe as an important part of urban culture, not only provide a place for people to socialize and relax but also embody a lifestyle attitude.By integrating a cafe into the sales and exhibition center, we aimed to break away from the monotonous and boring display model of traditional sales centers and create a more comfortable and relaxed environment for home buyers. Here, buyers can not only learn about the detailed information of the project but also engage in in-depth conversations with sales staff and other buyers while enjoying coffee, thereby gaining a more comprehensive understanding of the project and making a more informed purchasing decision.This design strategy not only reflects our deep understanding of modern urban lifestyles but also demonstrates our meticulous attention to the needs of home buyers. We believe that through such innovative design, we can enhance the home-buying experience for buyers and add more cultural connotations and added value to the project itself.
About the ceiling design concept of the Exhibition Center,I utilized a hexagonal ceiling pattern inspired by the chemical structure of coffee.Coffee,as a widely loved beverage,features a unique visual aesthetic in its hexagonal molecular structure,which also embodies a profound cultural connotation and a sense of life.By incorporating this hexagonal structure into the ceiling design,I aimed to create a modern yet warm atmosphere,allowing visitors to experience a distinctive aesthetic sensation from the moment they enter the center.Moreover,the hexagonal ceiling pattern symbolizes connection and communication.Each hexagonal unit serves as a small social space,encouraging people to interact and engage with each other.This design aligns with Vanke's pursuit of community interaction and harmonious coexistence as a real estate developer,and is more likely to evoke emotional resonance among visitors,allowing them to appreciate the beauty of the design while also feeling Vanke's vision for a better future community life.
About the location of the architectural model ,I decided to place the architectural model display in the rear area of the center,contrary to the traditional layout of sales centers.This decision was primarily based on a reflection and innovation of the traditional layout.Traditional sales center soften position the architectural model prominently in the front area to attract visitors attention.However,I believed that this layout might cause visitors to focus too much on the model itself,neglecting the overall experience provided by the sales and exhibition center.To break with this tradition,I chose to place the architectural model display in the rear area of the center.This arrangement offers several benefits.Firstly,it encourages visitors to explore the sales and exhibition center more deeply,gradually understanding the project's features and advantages through a series of displays and interactions.Secondly,placing the model in the rear area provides visitors with a more private and focused viewing environment,allowing them to appreciate and understand the architectural details more closely.Finally,this layout also helps create a"treasure hunt"-like experience,where visitors discover surprises as they explore,enhancing their engagement and satisfaction.By adopting this innovative layout,I hope to provide visitors with a richer and more profound experience,allowing them to appreciate Vanke's projects while also feeling the charm and fun brought by the design.
We cleverly integrated various doll elements,aiming to add vitality to the space while maintaining its professional atmosphere.These dolls were not placed arbitrarily but carefully selected and arranged to ensure they coordinate with the overall theme and style of the sales and exhibition center.Firstly,the choice of dolls was based on a deep understanding of the target audience.I learned that potential clients of Vanke projects often value quality of life and appreciate creative and interesting designs.Therefore,I chose dolls that align with the project's positioning,such as cute animal figures and cartoon characters,which appeal to the audience's aesthetics and resonate with them.Secondly,the integration method of the dolls was also crucial.I adopted both embedded and accent methods.The embedded method involves incorporating dolls as decorative elements into various corners of the sales and exhibition center,such as counters,bookshelves,and lounges,making them part of the space and integrating with the overall design.The accent method involves placing large or eye-catching dolls in certain key locations to attract visitors' attention and create a joyful atmosphere.Finally,to ensure that the integration of dolls does not detract from the professional atmosphere of the sales and exhibition center,I paid attention to the coordination of colors and materials.The colors of the dolls align with the overall tone of the sales and exhibition center,and the materials chosen also match the space's style,such as wood,metal,or fabric.This coordination ensures the harmonious integration of the dolls while high lighting the quality and texture of the space.Through this design approach,the Vanke Sales and Exhibition Center in Shijiazhuang adds more vitality and fun while maintaining a professional atmosphere.Visitors can appreciate the project information while also feeling the designer's effort and creativity,thereby deepening their impression and favorable feelings about the project.
About the project design schedule,we faced the enormous challenge of a tight schedule,but it was precisely this challenge that stimulated the creativity and adapt ability of our team.To maintain design excellence,we adopted the following strategies:Firstly,we quickly assembled an efficient and professional design team with good communication and collaboration skills among members.We clarified the project goals and design concepts to ensure that everyone had a clear understanding of the overall direction of the project.Secondly,we adopted a rapid iteration design approach.Within the limited time,we continuously revised and optimized the design scheme to ensure that every detail met the project's requirements and standards.At the same time,we also focused on communication with clients to obtain their feedback in a timely manner for better adjustment of the design scheme.In terms of innovative solutions,we made full use of modern technology.For example,we adopted a lot of three-dimensional drawing to enable clients to more intuitively understand the effects of the design scheme,thereby improving decision-making efficiency.Additionally,we optimized materials election and construction processes to reduce costs and shorten the construction period.Specifically,we incorporated intelligent elements into the design,such as intelligent lighting systems and intelligent security systems,enhancing the technological sense and user experience of the sales exhibition center.At the same time,we also paid attention to environmental protection and sustainability,selecting eco-friendly materials and optimizing energy use plans.In summary,in the design project of the Shijiazhuang Vanke Sales Exhibition Center,we successfully maintained design excellence within the tight schedule by relying on an efficient team,a rapid iteration design approach,and innovative solutions.

The staircase library in this exhibition and sales center cleverly integrates practicality with cultural connotation in its design.Starting from functionality,the design of the staircase library ensures that people can conveniently read books near the stairs,meeting basic reading needs.However,the designer did not stop there but further explored the potential of the space,using a series of design techniques to elevate the staircase library into an environment with deeper cultural connotations.Specifically,the designer may have adopted the following strategies:1. Spatial Layout and Circulation Design:Through reasonable spatial layout and circulation design,people are guided to naturally browse and stop at the library area while walking up and down the stairs,creating a relaxed and comfortable reading atmosphere.2. Material and Color Use:Warm,natural materials and colors,such as wooden bookshelves and soft lighting,are used to create a warm and elegant reading environment,allowing people to feel the cultural atmosphere and warmth while reading.3. Artworks and Decorative Accents:Artworks or decorative objects,such as sculptures,paintings,and greenery,are arranged in the staircase library.These elements not only beautify the space but also give it more cultural connotation and artistic value.4. Cultural Activity Planning:Various cultural activities,such as reading clubs,lectures,and exhibitions,are regularly held to attract more people to participate and exchange ideas,making the staircase library a platform for cultural exchange and dissemination.Through these design techniques,the staircase library not only meets basic reading needs but also becomes a public space with profound cultural heritage and artistic atmosphere,providing people with richer spiritual enjoyment and cultural experiences.
In the design of this exhibition and sales center,we chose solid wood flooring mainly to create a warm and comfortable atmosphere.Solid wood flooring has a natural texture and warm tone that brings a sense of home,which aligns perfectly with my vision to reduce the traditional cold and commercial feel of real estate sales centers.Real estate sales centers often give people a strong sense of commercialism and a lack of human touch.However,through design,I hope that customers will feel a warm and comfortable atmosphere from the moment they step into the exhibition and sales center,making them more willing to stay,learn,and purchase properties.The selection of solid wood flooring is precisely to achieve this goal.The texture and tone of solid wood flooring are harmonious with the overall style of the sales center,creating a harmonious and natural atmosphere.At the same time,the durability and ease of cleaning of solid wood flooring also meet the usage requirements of the sales center.
